Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you receive your My Pup's Remedy pet products as fresh as possible.

We strive to ship same-day when ordered before 11:00 AM MST (Mountain Standard Time). Orders processed on a weekend or a recognized US holiday will be processed the following business day.

We are available for customer support Monday - Saturday and will respond to emails and text messages within 24 hours unless otherwise detained. 

Returns

We believe every customer will be thrilled with their My Pup's Remedy order but we do know sometimes things don't work out. For that reason if you'd like to return your order, please submit your request in the form provided and someone with Customer Support will be in touch.

All approved returns must be in their original packaging with their original packing slip; for any return request due to allergy or reaction to the product an opened package will be approved however we do ask that your provide a statement as such with your return request. Approved returns will be credited your original form of payment. Credits appear on your bank statement within 3-7 days of processing depending on your banking institution.
